Discover Coding – Hands On Workshop

Discover Coding Hands On Workshop is an amazing opportunity for K-6 students to explore topics in Computer Science with our Coder Coaches in a fun and engaging learning environment. Help your child become familiar with problem-solving, computational thinking and sequencing. These core critical-thinking skills are fundamental to computer science and all school subjects.

Kids are grouped by age and skill then focus on coding challenges in Scratch block coding or the Python programming language.  Children 11 and older will start with Python. Children 7 – 10 may work in Scratch or Python based on interest and aptitude.

1/2 Day program.

• AM Cohort 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Coding projects and assignments are based on skill and aptitude and will increase in complexity based on experience.
