U18 Hackathon (ages 12 – 17)

Our monthly hackathon for teens interested in computer science and coding is the perfect opportunity for young coders to showcase their skills and connect with like-minded peers. Join us at the Kanata Coder Gym for an exciting evening of coding challenges and socializing.

Designed for ages 12-17, our hackathons are free to attend and open to all teens registered in Coder Sports coding development programs. Our High School Co-Op team has been hard at work creating Python-based challenges that will engage coders of all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced coder, there’s something for everyone at our hackathon.

In addition to the challenges, we’ll have snacks, prizes, and plenty of “coder bragging rights” for the winners. You won’t want to miss this awesome evening of coding and fun! Our hackathons are a great way to network with other young coders and gain experience in a fun, supportive environment. Come join us and see what you can create!
